Project Description
Anita Building is a six-storey building located in the heart of South Mumbai. Sunita Building is a nine-storey residential building located in Colaba (South Mumbai). Hari-Nivas Building is a residential building a stone’s throw from Wankhede Stadium and some of Mumbai’s best colleges. All three buildings were completed in the 1960s.
For over 50 years these buildings have continued to be two of South Mumbai’s most prestigious residential towers, each within walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shops, offices, hotels and tourist attractions.
