Project Description
Band Stand Building is a six-storey residential building located on Kane Road in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai. When Band Stand Building was built in the 1960s, it was one of the tallest structures in Suburban Mumbai. The strategic design provided almost every apartment with perfect sea views and a constant fresh and cool sea breeze. The building’s prime location has always allowed residents easy access to major roadways and railway stations. At the time of its completion, the building was one of the most modern in all of Mumbai, containing multiple electric lifts and multiple water pumps to ensure constant water flow.
